Get Started with Liquid Staking on Initia

Follow these steps to liquid stake TIA and mint milkTIA:

  1. Obtain INIT from an exchange.

  2. Set up a personal wallet.

    • Install Keplr/Leap.

      • Or other wallets that support Initia.

    • Send INIT to your Initia address.

  4. Bridge INIT from Initia.

    • (Recommended) Use the 1-click feature to stake directly from Initia to skip this step.

    • Alternatively, manually bridge over to the MilkyWay Rollup (MilkyWay's Initia liquid staking contract operates on the MilkyWay Rollup, moo).

      • Use the "Bridge" feature on the INIT Liquid Stake tab to transfer INIT to the MilkyWay Rollup.

  5. Input the INIT amount you wish to liquid stake.

    • (Recommended) Press "Stake from Initia (1-click)" to bridge over to the MilkyWay Rollup and liquid stake in one go.

    • Alternatively, press "Stake" and approve the transaction to liquid stake the INIT already bridged over to the MilkyWay Rollup.

  6. Completed.

    • Once the transaction goes through, your milkINIT balance is displayed.
