Welcome to the Liquid Stakers User Guides page.

This page is for token holders of the supported assets listed in the table below who want to stake their assets to earn staking rewards while staying liquid.

When you stake through MilkyWay,'s liquid staking protocol, you'll receive milkLSTs (Liquid Staking Tokens). The tokens that represent your staked position. With milkLSTs, you can put them to work across DeFi primitives to unlock additional yield opportunities and maximize your returns.
